By registering, accessing, browsing, or using any part of the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent to register and use the Service.
• Minors under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian register on their behalf and accept these Terms.
• You represent that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

3. User Accounts & Registration

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms or applicable law.

4. Tournament Participation & Registration

• All registrations are subject to approval and verification of eligibility (age, weight, belt level, etc.).
• Participants must comply with tournament rules, code of conduct, and decisions of officials.
• We are not liable for injuries, losses, or disputes arising from participation.
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy and may not be available after registration closes.

5. Payments & Fees

• All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our refund policy.
• Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways; we do not store full payment card details.
• Late or incomplete payments may result in cancellation of registration.

6. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information during registration
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users, participants, or staff
• Engage in cheating, match-fixing, or unsportsmanlike conduct
• Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Violate any applicable laws or third-party rights

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service (logos, text, graphics, software, photos, videos) is owned by KickTyme or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KickTyme shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Service, including but not limited to injury, loss of data, profits, or tournament outcomes.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold KickTyme, its officers, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Cagayan de Oro City.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted here with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
